Elf Help - Self-Esteem Therapy

I am in love with these books. I came across them a couple of years back and was instantly smitten with them and I have been collecting them ever since. They are little pockets of positivity giving advice on how to deal with different aspects of life. They are books that you can just dip in and out of when you are need of a pick me up as there is just a short paragraph on every other page and a cute little Elf drawing on the opposite. The books are second hand and so are not in pristine condition but I love a second hand book as they hold a completely different energy to a new one. They make cute little gifts as well as being lovely bedside table companions.
