Using a crystal face roller can help reduce puffiness, ease sinus congestion, reduce the appearance of dark circles, tighten the skin and boost the circulation. Apply a good amount of face product (you don't want the skin to "drag") and roll slowly outwards and upwards in one direction. When you have finished, wipe any excess product from the roller and wash in a mild antibacterial soap and warm (not hot) water. Leave to dry horizontally on a towel. Make sure you keep your face roller clean!!
